I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease. Move-in between Dec. 20th and Jan. 15th (call me if you have another date in mind), End of lease 31st July 2007 but you will have a chance to extend. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment, with one big living room, nice kitchen and all beautifully furnished. King-sized bed in one bedroom, twin bed in other bedroom, loveseat in living room, small table and two chairs in dining area, kitchen is completely equipped. The rent is just $575. The apartment is located at 210 E 40th in Kansas City and by bike it’s just 10 minutes away. I am willing to give $200 cash to take over the lease, the cash will be given at the time I move out and you move in.
